Account and authentication data: full name, email address, password managed securely by Firebase Authentication, Google sign-in details, Firebase UID, and email verification status.
Profile information: age, gender, city or locality, province, height, weight, BMI, complexion, blood group, sect or religion, caste/biradari, marital status, education, profession, income band, workplace location, relocation willingness, housing details, biography, disability status, medical history, children status, family background, and match preferences.
Communication data: phone number (including WhatsApp), consent confirmations, membership requests, and support inquiries.
Media and photos: profile photos and payment proof images uploaded by members.
System and technical data: browser type, device model, IP address, access timestamps, and app usage details needed to operate the service securely.

How we collect information

When users sign up with email/password or Google authentication.
When users complete or update their profile in the dashboard.
When users upload profile photos or payment proof images.
When users request membership upgrades, verification, or submit support queries.

How we use your information

To create and manage user accounts and authentication.
To build member profiles for matchmaking and verification.
To verify membership tier and eligibility for premium services.
To communicate about account status, verification progress, and support.
To show or hide profile details based on privacy controls and admin review.
To preserve profile history and support correct data updates.
To comply with applicable law and protect the service from abuse.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We only share information in limited cases:

With service providers who help us operate the site, such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and image hosting services.
With administrators who manage verification and profile sharing decisions.
With other match seekers only when a profile has been approved for sharing by the member and by our admin team.
When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blessed Companionship, our users, or the public.

Public profile sharing: Public profiles are created only when an admin approves the profile as shareable. Phone numbers and email addresses are never published. Private photos are never shown on shared profiles. Only photos explicitly approved as public are displayed.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party partners to operate the website securely and reliably:

Firebase Authentication: handles account creation, login, and email verification.
Firestore: stores member profiles, verification status, and application data with protective access rules.
imgbb: hosts uploaded profile images and payment proof images; only returned URLs are stored in Firestore.

Data security

All website traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
Passwords are never stored in plain text; Firebase Authentication manages password security.
Firestore security rules limit access so members cannot change admin-controlled fields.
Payment proof and photo uploads use secure third-party hosting services.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, support account management, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. When a user deletes their account or requests removal, we remove profile data and account records in line with applicable law and our service provider capabilities.

Your rights

You have rights over the information we hold, including:

Access to the personal data we store about you.
Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion of your account and profile data.
Objection to certain uses of your personal data.
Restriction of processing where applicable.
